Livesagna

Ingredients:

  • 4 to 6 oz. sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 to 3 fresh tomatoes
  • Fresh Italian Herbs, such as basil or oregano, to taste
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 soft date, pitted
  • 3 to 5 garlic cloves
  • 1 to 2 cups of pine nuts, macadamias, or Brazil nut
  • 2 bunches of spinach leaves

Sauces:

Blend sun-dried tomatoes with fresh tomatoes, herbs, 1/2 tsp salt, olive oil, date, 2 cloves garlic

Cheese:

Process or blend nuts, 1/2 tsp sea salt and 2 cloves garlic. Allow to remain slightly chunky.

Directions:

In a glass dish, layer spinach leaves, zucchini, and carrots, then spread sauce, then cheese. Repeat this process 1-2 more times to create more depth. You may want to warm it over a dehydrator or slightly warm oven but not necessary.

 

Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Cacao nibs (blend into powder with a grinder)  or Raw Cacao Powder
  • 3 Tbl. Nutritional Essential Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups germinated almonds/almond yogurt
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 Tbl. Cinnamon
  • 4 Tbl. Raw Coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  • meat of 2 young coconuts
  • 1/4 Himalayan salt

Directions:

Almond Milk & Cultured Nuts/Seeds (Yogurt)

ALMOND MILK
Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almonds (Soaked for 24hours)
  • 3 to 4 cups of filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp. Celtic sea salt, or to taste
  • 1 Tbl. Vanilla NCP Nutritional Essentials (See Product Page)

Directions:

  1. Blend almonds & water throughly until smooth
  2. Strain mixture though a sprout bag or a fine strainer
  3. Pour back into blender and add rest of ingredients. Blend Well
  4. Lasts up to 5 day

 

The Lemon Ginger Blast & 2 Other Juice Options

A delicious and healing drink This drink is powerful to have first thing in the morning. For proper food combining take only on an empty stomach.

Juice the following:

  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 inch to 1 inch of ginger
(As you get used to the drink you can decrease the amount of apple and increase the amount of lemon and ginger.)
Add water and cayenne pepper to taste to the juice and enjoy!
You may also blend the fruit and ginger and strain through a fine colander or cheese cloth.

Optional Healing Ingredients: Fresh ALOE Leaf, MSM, Garlic, Cilantro, Parsley, Turmeric, Fresh Jalapeño Pepper
